A Birthday Party and a Trip

We have been planning a birthday party in our class. The students are turning '21' and must co-plan a party. They must find a real venue, DJ, caterer etc and price the whole event. After the party, the two travel to 4 different countries together and must go to the top rated tourist attractions and a philanthropic/volunteer activity in each country. We are using Canva for the invitations and Google My Maps to plot the trip. There is no spending limit but they must be able to afford their choices.Tavel Insurance is optional (but of course very adviseable). I can see a 'catastophe' occurring soon.
