Learn how to adjust a student's bank account balance.
We don't allow teachers to delete student transactions, as this basically rewrites history. In real life we know this can be very dangerous. Instead, what we ask is that you edit your student's balance. This creates an adjustment transaction, but doesn't completely erase anything. The video below outlines exactly what we mean:

Another more recent update is the option for teachers to simply edit or cancel individual transactions. Again, not deleting them altogether so the history is erased, but keeping all transactions visible to avoid confusion.
You'll notice a column on the far right side of a student's account details called 'Actions' (see below).
If you decide to cancel the transaction altogether, you'll get a warning message. However, upon continuing, the transaction will show as 'Cancelled' and the balance no longer affected.
