Manual mortgage payments
Learn how to assist your students with making manual payments towards their mortgage.
After enabling the Property module, teachers often ask Can students pay off their mortgage faster?
and the answer is yes!☺️
- When a student is logged into Banqer, all they need to do is click on the 'Mortgage Balance' box.
- A new screen displaying the transaction history for this account will appear.
- At the top right of the page, there is a button to 'Make a manual repayment'.
- From here, the student can enter the $ amount, and pay a lump sum deposit.
