Learn where to find your students' usernames and passwords, as well as how to change them.
At times, your students may have issues signing in and you'll need to help out.
First, make sure they're attempting to login at primary.banqer.co/login. Second, ensure they're not entering any spaces or capital letters. However, if those aren't the problem, and a student still cannot access their account, you may find yourself needing to locate your class list of usernames and passwords.

What if you (the teacher) can't login or need to reset your own password?
Simply head to the sign-in page (primary.banqer.co/login), click 'Forgot your password?' and follow the prompts. If you still have trouble signing in after resetting your password, please email us at: hello@banqer.co
