Bank manager visit

We are a year 6/7/8 class and our whole Maths programme for the last few weeks has been based on Banqer and financial literacy. We have had a local bank manager visit us twice and have filled out forms to apply for personal loans using our banqer income. Each child is paid $200 a week base wage and between $5-$20 extra depending on their responsibilities. They pay $80 per week for desk, chair and computer rental. ( 40% of their income. We have set our interest rate at 5%. Next term we will be working through the rest of the modules. Every child gets time on Banqer daily and many go on at home. We love it and the learning and discussions have been great.
