Resetting a student's password

From time to time your students are going to forget their password. Thankfully, you have the option to view or change their passwords from your dashboard. The video below outlines exactly how the process works for both you and your student:

So to recap:

• Head over to the 'Manage students' tab
• Click on the name of the student who password you want to check or change
• Click the 'change password' button
• If they haven't changed it from their account then it will be visible in this window for you
• Otherwise, you can enter a new password for your student or choose to have one automatically generated
• Party time
